Since 1993, the Cary Basketball Association has been providing basketball opportunities to the youth in our communities - kindergarten through high school. Today, the CBA offers both recreation and more competitive "feeder" program opportunities.
Grounded in good sportsmanship, the CBA provides the opportunity for players of all ages and skill levels to play with friends and compete at the highest level.
The CBA takes the safety of our players, coaches, families and opponents very seriously. As a result, we have developed the following forms to provide guidance, protocols and waivers necessary to be able to allow our kids to come back to basketball, safely.
CBA COVID Waiver - This must be completed by any CBA participant including players, coaches, scorekeepers, refs, etc. prior to participating in tryouts, practices, scrimmages, etc.
CBA COVID Guidelines - These are the guidelines that we have established for any CBA practice, scrimmage, or CBA Falcons tournament. Should CBA travel teams be participating in league play, tournaments, shootouts, etc. they will be required to follow the guidelines provided by the host/venue
CBA COVID Protocol - This is black and white and should be taken very seriously. It is also necessary for every team to provide a "health check" record for every player and coach for every practice, scrimmage or game to allow for tracing should one of our players/coaches or opponents contract COVID-19
All registered CBA player families have electronically signed the CBA Code of Conduct policy. Below is the policy for your review and understanding
